V2R BCR - Support

Support for the V2R Business Card Reader for iOS is available by mail to bernd.mielke@v2r.de.

Please explain as precise as possible what is not working as you'd expect it or it's described in App, FAQ or this web site. Ideally you include a print-screen in your request which explains the matter.

Errors in text recognition are usually caused by hardly recognizable fonts (e.g. script font), difficult light conditions and colour combinations. But, feel free to contact me if you think that it can be expected that a particular card is recognised better than it's actually done.

Mistakes in deciding which detected text strings have to be mapped to which business card fields cannot be ruled out. I'm working a lot on detecting and avoiding such mistakes, but it's a neverending work, literally …
